Who we are
Founded in 2000, JIMPACT Enterprises, Inc. has been creating breakthroughs for organizations and individuals all over the world. From Dublin to Dallas, Amsterdam to Atlanta, Mexico to Michigan and Canada to California, JIMPACT Enterprises has trained thousands. We provide services to large and small companies, colleges and schools, non profits, sales groups, training departments, pharmaceuticals and more.
Founder, President and CEO, Jim Smith, Jr. realized his dream of starting
JIMPACT after spending nearly 16, as he likes to say, “character building” years,
in corporate America. Those experiences never left him and he vowed to create
an organization that helped people realize and exceed their potential – essentially
to bring out their best! Why? Over the years Jim noticed that many of his
coworkers were 1. underperforming, 2. unhappy about what they were doing,
3. feeling excluded and underutilized, 4. afraid to take risks and pour their
whole selves into their jobs, and 5. going through their jobs rather than
growing through their jobs. With that in mind Jim started JIMPACT an organization
that focuses on leadership, professional and personal development, diversity
and professional trainer, speaker and facilitator development.
Our philosophy
The JIMPACT team is comprised of dedicated, passionate and people focused professionals who believe in creating breakthroughs to superior performance. It’s not lip service. Our experienced trainers, speakers and coaches create partnerships with our learners because we believe that training and coaching is more than merely an event. Our preparation and discovery work, experiential and participant driven training style, coaching and keynote speaking and post session follow-ups, helps to ensure that what happens in the classroom happens in the workplace.
