Today Jim travels nationally and internationally, for groups of all sizes, to provide breakthroughs to superior results in the areas of leadership, professional trainer development, presentation skills, inclusion and motivation. A sought after trainer and motivational speaker, his workshops and keynote addresses have taken him to 38 of the 50 states, The Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, Korea, England, Germany and Canada. Called the "Trainer's Trainer," Jim has worked with thousands of leaders and managers to coach them in how to bring out the best in their team members and how to make "mistake free," powerful presentations. He's a mainstay at a number of industry conferences including the American Society for Training and Development, the Society for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers, the Council for Hotel and Restaurant Trainers and the Society for Insurance Trainers and Educators. His results focused, high impact sessions are jam-packed.
Prior to forming JIMPACT, Jim worked in leadership positions for the Bob Pike Group, Simmons Associates, CoreStates Bank, the Vanguard Group of Investments and Prudential’s American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) Operations. Throughout his corporate career he has been known for his creative, spirited, high energy and purposeful approach to developing relationships, talent and solutions. He gives so much of himself to help others be their very best.
Jim’s the author of the inspirational book From Average to Awesome: 41 Plus Gifts in 41 Plus Years and the co-author of the leadership book TheMasters of Success (along with Ken Blanchard, Jack Canfield, Mark Van Hoozer, John Christensen and others). He just finished his newest book, Crash and Learn: 600+ Road Tested Tips to Keep Audiences Fired Up and Engaged! His journey from humble beginnings to being an inspiration to national and international audiences is awesome! He gave birth to JIMPACT Enterprises in January of 2000 and the company has been making a JIMPACT throughout the world ever since.

Rodney
Smith is the Senior Manager of Financial and Business Operations for JIMPACT
Enterprises. Being a native Philadelphian, Rodney's academic background and
professional history is very diverse. His academic experiences include a
B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He received an M.B.A. from
the University of Hartford where his studies featured an accelerated, intensive
eight-month internationally focused period at the University of Hartford
Business School in Paris, France.
His professional experiences include meaningful periods with companies or
organizations such as The Vanguard Group, Alafia Records, Mending Steps,
and INROADS, Inc. Rodney brings to JIMPACT a wide range of expertise in the
areas of career development, coaching and training, recruiting, marketing,
financial management and investment analysis, musical recording, and television
production.
He is currently excited to be a part of JIMPACT because the company has a
tremendous positive impact on the lives of so many people around the world!
Carol Brownlee, a Senior Performance Consultant with JIMPACT Enterprises, Inc., has had a collaborative business relationship with Jim Smith, Jr. for over 10 years. Carol is a thorough, creative change agent, trainer and coach with 14 years experience in her field. A former independent consultant and Senior Trainer-Organization Development Consultant at major company, Carol facilitates performance improvement and development in individuals, groups and organizations. Her clients rave about her customer service orientation, attention to detail, creative solutions and strategic and successful approaches to moving people to stretch out of their comfort zones.
She's a master at helping people reinvent themselves.Her educational credentials include a BA in Communications, an Ed.M. in Adult and Organization Development and extensive coursework at the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. She has served on the Product Development Board of Consulting Psychologists Press, Publisher of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the boards of GVISPI (Great Valley-Philadelphia chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement) and RATO (Reading-area chapter of ASTD).
Dolores A. Davis is the founder and President of Davis Associates Consulting
Group, Inc., which was established to develop and to promote organizational
performance and effectiveness. Prior to establishing her consulting business,
Ms. Davis built an extensive resume focused on organizational development,
training, management consulting, and executive coaching. She has more than
twenty years of management level corporate experience with a major financial
services organization and with Verizon Corporation (formerly Bell Atlantic
Corporation). She has fulfilled diverse roles as: Trainer/Facilitator, Manager,
head of Employee Relations, and corporate and executive coach. In these capacities
she maintained high visibility contact and consulting services with hundreds
of internal corporate clients.
Dolores was awarded her Masters Degree in Human Resources from the American University in Washington, DC. She has conducted numerous workshops on topics including team building, the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, diversity, leadership development, change, stress management, communication skills and presentation skills, and customer service. She has designed and implemented workshops and interventions to address diversity and team-specific organizational issues identified. Based upon her professional experience and education, she encourages awareness at multiple levels, specifically individual, group, and organizational. Through connecting experiences of thinking, doing, and being, JIMPACT clients are able to create energy and awareness that is necessary for improved performance, focus, and effectiveness.
Allison
V. Manswell is a corporate trainer, curriculum designer and personal performance
coach. Her expertise in marketing and human resources management includes
a strong combination of business and interpersonal skills. Her riveting presentations
leave an unforgettable impression on JIMPACT participants.
She received her BA in Justice and Law Enforcement from the University of Winnipeg in Winnipeg, MB. She earned her Masters degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Managerial leadership, from City University in Bellevue, WA. Early in her career she worked with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member with the University of Phoenix, Maryland and online campuses. Ms. Manswell has delivered numerous workshops and training seminars in corporate, government and educational settings.
Her personal strengths include a natural ability to relate to people, their situations and potential solutions. Mrs. Manswell is known for her high-energy presentations that leave an unforgettable impression on participants.

Michael
Thompson is the director of business development for JIMPACT Enterprises.
His expertise is in the areas of sales and leadership development. Michael
spent the earlier part of his career in industrial sales and market development.
In these roles, he established business development programs that enabled
him to repeatedly exceed his sales plans, earning him several sales achievement
awards.
Michael also worked as a Diversity Consultant, where he led comprehensive management-level sessions at a number of Fortune 500 companies. In this role, he functioned as both course designer and facilitator.
As a leader in several community-based organizations, Michael has developed a number of creative approaches for helping high school students better understand many of the challenges associated with customer service and sales careers. At Academies Inc., a non-profit organization, he developed problem-solving case studies and led interactive workshops for high school juniors and seniors, focusing on the importance of critical decision making principles.
Michael earned his Masters degree in Technical Writing with a specialization in Training and Development from Bowling Green State University, Ohio.
He received his BA in English with a concentration in Business Management from Morris College, Sumter, SC.
Laura
Putnam, CEO and Founder of Motion Infusion™, delivers trainings
on wellness and human performance improvement for employees, managers and
company leaders. She utilizes a movement-based approach to facilitate learning,
promote well being and solve worksite-related problems, such as repetitive
strain injuries and decreased productivity. She is JIMPACT's Chief Motion
Officer (CMO).
Laura draws from her varied background in the fields of education, public policy and movement. In the sphere of education, she is an international teacher trainer, developing and conducting workshops around the world, including Africa and Central America. In addition to broadening her cross-cultural perspective, this travel helps to hone her language skills: she is fluent in French, conversant in Italian and Spanish, and familiar with several African languages. Previously, Laura taught in inner-city high schools, as well as a junior secondary school in a small village in West Africa. In addition, she was executive director of a nonprofit youth-leadership organization that was featured by President George Bush’s Points of Light Foundation. In the area of public policy, she worked with both the Senate Antitrust Subcommittee and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Laura’s expertise in movement comes from her life-long pursuit of physical excellence. She was a nationally competitive gymnast, professional dancer, and certified Pilates and fitness instructor. Currently, as a yoga practitioner and avid skier, she continues to stay active. Through these varied experiences, Laura discovered that movement and learning go hand in hand. Engaging on a kinesthetic level helps to deepen the learning process. She now is dedicated to bringing this mind-body approach to human performance improvement in the workplace.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in International Relations and a Masters in Education from Brown University. She is certified by the American Council on Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Instructor and by Core Dynamics as a Pilates Instructor.
Kimberly S. Reed, Managing Partner, Reed Consulting Group
specializes in the development and implementation of internal/external professional
development programs, retention programs, talent demand planning, strategic
staffing, diversity recruitment training and leadership development for fortune
500, global financial services and professional services organizations. Kimberly
has over 12 years experience in Human Resources with a focus in talent management
planning/staffing, training & development and workforce Diversity. She
has held senior management roles at Deloitte & Touche USA LLP and Merrill
Lynch. Currently, Kimberly is the VP of Diversity for JIMPACT Enterprises,
specializing in diversity, leadership training and professional development.
In addition to these responsibilities, Kimberly is a senior adjunct consultant
for Simmons Associates, Inc. (Diversity and Human Resources Management).
Prior to the above roles Kimberly worked in a number of leadership roles for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. One of those roles was the key diversity contact for the East Business Unit, the largest business unit nationwide. Kimberly was responsible for developing and implementing diversity programs and cultivating key relationships with national diverse organizations geared toward the recruitment and retention of diverse employees.
In addition Kimberly has developed and facilitated seminars/workshops on professional development, leadership development and public speaking. She has been cited in Diversity/Careers in Engineering Information Technology magazine and Diversity Best Practices “Women Trailblazers” on the issue of workforce diversity.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from West Chester University. She was also the first and youngest African American to be nominated for the “HR Person of the Year” from The Society of Human Resource Management. Kimberly is also a guest lecturer at Temple University teaching human resources courses and business workshops/seminars while working toward her MS/PHD in Human Resources. Kimberly is also an instructor at the Sharon Bible Institute teaching leadership and professional development courses. She is a community activist for tomorrow’s young professionals and a mentor to a number of organization’s diverse student leaders. As a result, Kimberly has provided over 25 students with opportunities in global organizations. Ms. Reed is also a guest co-host on “Mike Robinson Presents” a TV broadcast on Comcast. Yvonne
Reid, after holding several Senior Director positions in leadership development
in the United Kingdom, USA, and internationally, decided to break through
her own comfort zone to form the Peak Performance Institute LLC. As a JIMPACT consultant, Yvonne works to coach, inspire and develop individuals, teams and organizations to reach their full
potential. Reaching peak performance in any area or behavior is about challenging
the individual’s beliefs to break through to a new
level of performance that enables him or her to achieve outstanding results.
Educated at Glasgow University and raised in a small town in Scotland, she was inspired by many Scottish adventurers who had to take risks & travel to other parts of the world to achieve their goals and dreams. That is what she encourages her participants to do during her sessions to take calculated risks in a safe engaging atmosphere. Yvonne, like her fellow Scottish explorers, has been fortunate to travel all over the world to consult, train, design and facilitate senior leadership development sessions in every region of the world which provides her with a unique global perspective.
She is master certified to teach other trainers to deliver many leadership development programs. Her specific areas include situational leadership, team building, negotiating skills, coaching, presentation skills, facilitation, performance management, 360 degree feedback, emotional intelligence, speed reading, change management & selling skills.
